Where does the data come from?

Hawaii state Office of Planning ParcelsZoning service (statewide), Honolulu DPP for Oahu permits, Hawaii County GIS for Big Island planning permits, plus on-the-ground research for Maui and Kauai. Updated continuously.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — Property Brief subscribers can move to Aloha Network, agents can add a Property Brief on the side, and contractors can layer Property Brief monitoring onto job sites. Any time, no contract lock-in.

Is my data private?

Parcel and permit records are public Hawaii records. Anything you generate inside BlueWave Projects (leads, quotes, photos, blueprints) is yours — full export available, no resale, no sharing across tenants.
